Ingredients
- 1 15.5 oz can chickpeas / garbanzo beans
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup round tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp red onion, diced finely
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- salt to taste
